Where does the Clever Travel Companion ship?

We ship everywhere! Since we ship from the USA, please understand that it may take a little longer to receive your order if you are located far away. 

European customers - for faster shipping you can also find some of the Clever Travel Companion's products at Amazon.co.uk.

Please be advised that any applicable import duties/custom duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We can not advice if there are any such fees nor how much.

How much is shipping?

Ground / standard shipping for order over 75 USD is free, no matter where you live. Free shipping is with standard, ground mail which should not take anymore than 1 to 10 days. However, we can not promise this as we have no control of mail providers across the world. Sometimes shipments take longer than we would like and than you would certainly like, but we can not impact postal services once the package has left our ware house. Please understand that shipping can take longer, even though it normally doesn't. We track all our shipments to make sure they arrive safely. In the US we ship ground with USPS. Internationally we also use USPS. 

For all orders under USD 75 you can select shipping mode at check out. The rates are real time and based on the current best offers from a selection of shippers: USPS, UPS, Fedex.

If you want expedited shipping or if you prefer a mail carrier other than USPS, you can chose another shipping option at check out. Unfortunately, the cost of any shipping other than standard / ground falls upon the buyer.

We always aim to ship the same day as long as we get the order within working hours, except for weekends. Usually we ship several times a day so packages often leave us within hours of receiving your order, but when we experience a huge amount of orders shipping can be a bit delayed, but again, we do our best to ship really fast!

Is it safe to shop on the Clever Travel Companion?
 
The Clever Travel Companion is built on Shopify's web store and they have excellent safety features built in to the system. The payment is handled by Pay Pal, and they are pretty well known across the world for having excellent security. Both Shopify and PayPal are large, well known companies who take security extremely seriously. So you need not worry!
 
What kind of payment do you accept?
 
We accept American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover, and Paypal.
 
How do gift cards work?
 
When you buy a gift card you will be sent an electronic code that you simply give to whomever you are offering the gift card. The recipient then enters that code at checkout and the amount will be deducted from the order. All gift card codes can only be used once. Gift cards have no expiration date.

I changed my mind. Can I return my purchase?
 
You are always welcome to return your purchase of t-shirts and tank tops within ten days of receiving your order. We can not accept returns of underwear as they can not be resold. To return t-shirts or tank tops simply send an email to: returns@clevertravelcompanion.com and we will send you a return authorization straight away. We can only accept returns of unworn, unused, unwashed products in their original, resealed, whole packaging. We can not accept returns of items without packaging or in torn, unsightly packaging. We will issue a full refund as soon as we receive the product. Please allow a couple of days for the transaction to complete.
 
Please DO NOT return any items without a return authorization. Please DO NOT return any items to the address on your delivered box/envelope. We DO NOT accept returns without a proper return authorization as they do not reach us without proper labeling. Returns without the proper return authorization do not reach us and we can not refund any money for such returns as we do not receive the products. 

What if I am not happy with my purchase?
 
If you are not happy, we are not happy. If there is something wrong with your purchase, please send us an email at product@clevertravelcompanion.com and let us know what is up and we will do everything we can to make it right.

What size underwear should I get?

The underwear come in sizes from X-Small to X-Large and the sizes are regular, ie neither especially small or large for their sizes. For women we recommend XS for US size 4 and below, S for size 4-6, M for size 8, L for size 10-12 and XL for size 14-16. For men, well the S, M, L, XL sizes are standard sizes and usually work just fine. Just choose the size you normally wear. If in doubt, or choosing between two sizes, we recommend that you go with the larger size since our products are smaller rather than larger. So order up!

What size t-shirt should I get?

The t-shirts with pockets come in men's sizes from X-Small to X-large. The t-shirt sizes are standard sizes, this basically mans that a Large is  a Large is a Large. So if you usually buy Large, you should buy large from the Clever Travel Companion. If you normally buy small, buy small. 
 
The t-shirts are based on men's sizes, so if you are a woman buying a t-shirt, you should consider buying a smaller size than you would were they women's sizes, unless you want a loose fit.

What size tank top should I get?

The tank ops come in women's sizes X-Small to X-large. The sizes are standard sizes. If you normally buy a medium, then you will probably be happy with a medium in the Clever Travel Companion's tank tops. The sizes run neither large nor small. Of course we all have different preferences as to how clothes should fit us. We normally recommend customers to go up rather than down if in doubt between sizes.
 

What can I fit in my pockets?

The pockets are just the right size for a passport. So passports are the largest documents that can easily fit unfolded. Money, credit cards fit with ease.

How do I wash my pocket prodcuts?

The recommendations are to wash them warm and tumble dry low, and even better hand dry. As with every garment, the less tumble drying you do, the longer they last.

Will my clothing with pockets shrink?

Yes, a little bit. This has been taken into consideration when sizing so don't worry about it. The colder you wash your clothes and if you don't tumble them they will shrink less. They will also last longer.

I don't like the colors you offer, will you add others?

What will you do with my email address once I have ordered?

Your personal details are safe with the Clever Travel Companion. When you place an order, we need your name, address, email address and credit card information in order to process and ship your order. We will never sell or pass this information on to anyone. The Clever Travel Companion will only, with your permission, send you very occasional emails with product updates.
