How much does shipping cost?
Please note that these shipping times are a guide only as provided by the shipping providers. The Clever Travel Companion ships your order as soon as we have it but from time to time there are unforeseen issues, after we have handed the shipment over to the mail service, that cause delays outside of our control. Please read below for more details.
- Ground shipping 3-5 working days (USPS): $5.50
- USPS Priority Mail 2-4 working days: $12.50
- USPS Express Mail 1-2 working days: $30
- Standard Shipping 4-7 working days (USPS): $13 USD
- Express International 2-3 working days: $45 USD
UK & Europe:

More Shipping Information
The above expected delivery times are a guide only as provided by the shipping providers. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery within the US. Orders often arrive faster but unfortunately we can not influence the shippers' shipping speed, and once we have delivered the packages to the shipper, it is out of our hands
International Shipments are sent using USPS or from the UK using Royal Mail depending on inventory at hand - please note that we can not guarantee that UK orders are shipped from the UK. Please allow up to 30 business days for arrival. Again, most orders arrive faster than that, but in some cases it may take longer than estimated.
Tracking information can be delayed for international orders, as once an item leaves the US, it becomes the responsibility of the local courier to update and sometimes they are slow to do so. For all enquiries regarding your international order, please contact your local courier/post office first, then contact us once the 30 business days are up. We are unable to help prior to this as the USPS has agreements with local couriers in these matters, and until 30 days have passed we are not allowed to do anything.
Express Shipping times are also a guide only as provided by the shippers. We select and ship using the fastest, premium option as advertised by the respective carrier, but we have no control over the order once is has been picked up by the courier. Delays can happen, especially with international orders. For express shipping, please allow 7 working days for delivery before contacting us as we will be unable to assist until this time period is up.
We track all packages to make sure your order arrives safely. The shipping rates and delivery times shown on the Clever Travel Companion are real time rates and times provided by the couriers. We always aim to ship all orders the very same day we receive the order (week days that is - we cannot not ship on week ends), but if an order arrives outside normal business hours it will ship next day. Once an order leaves our warehouse we can not control the shipping process and sometimes delays do occur, but please rest assured your order will arrive!
Please be advised that any applicable import duties/custom duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We ship all over the world and all individual countries have their own rules and regulations. We cannot advise if there are any fees nor how much they could be for any specific country. Please check with your local authorities in this matter.

They don't need any shipping time at all and they have no expiration date! And best of all the recipient can choose any color and size!
Our customer service is open every day, but please allow up to 24 hours for a response. We strive to answer all questions as quickly as possible but as we have customers all around the world, this means that different time zones may experience a delay.
Returns / Exchanges
If you are not happy with your order, you are welcome to return it, unworn and unwashed in its original, whole packaging, within 30 days of receiving the order. Unfortunately we can not accept returns of Men's and Women's underwear as these cannot be resold for hygienic reasons.
Please understand that the packaging must be intact on all returns and exchanges, i.e. the packaging must be whole and as new, for a return to be accepted. We do NOT accept returns with broken packaging or for stained, used, worn, washed items. Please open the bag using the resealable enclosure.
To request a return simply send us a message via our Contact Page and we will send you a return authorization and return address straight away.
Please DO NOT send unauthorized returns as they can not be accepted without proper return authorization and as the address from where the products are sent is often not the same as the return address. We DO NOT accept returns to any other address than the one given with a return authorization, so please do not send returns without a return authorization. Unauthorized returns do not reach us and no refunds can be given for returns that do not reach us.
The customer is responsible for for return shipping costs and ensuring the order reaches us safely; we recommend tracking and/or delivery confirmation. Shipments do get lost on occasion and without delivery confirmation and/or tracking lost packages are impossible to track and verify.
We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the product to the address given in the return authorization. We can only issue refunds to in the original purchase format: ie to the same credit card or same PayPal account. If for some reason you no longer have the same credit card or PayPal account a store credit will be issued. Unfortunately we can not offer refunds any other way. We can not refund shipping costs.
We are very sorry but we can not accept returns of stained, worn, washed, or in any way used products or products in broken packaging. The products must be in the same condition as they were when you received them.
If you would like an exchange rather than a refund, all you need to do is include a note with the package outlining the replacement product in the size and color you would like to exchange for. If the item is in stock and there is no difference in value from the original order we will ship immediately. We recommend checking our site before returning to ensure stock for the replacement item is available, if it is not your return will automatically go on backorder until stock is received.
Please note that we use an automated fulfillment service. This means that, as soon as an order is placed, it is automatically forwarded to and entered into the system of the fulfillment center best suited to ship your products. Our fulfillment partner is very efficient and when they receive an order through our site it is soon on it's way. This is mostly a good thing, but if you wish to cancel an order, please know that as soon as the order is "in the system" and scheduled for packing, it is not possible to cancel. Sometimes there's a small window in which we can cancel for you, but sometimes there's not, so please don't assume that your order can be cancelled.
We do respond to all queries and requests in the order they arrive and as soon as we can once we are open and we will always do our utmost to help, but please understand that when the order is in the system it is out of our hands. The vast majority of customers want their order as fast as possible, and we hope that you understand that our efforts to ship all orders fast, may make cancellations of orders difficult.
Please make sure you enter the correct address when placing your order. We ship your order to the address exactly as you have entered it. We are not responsible for shipments that turn out to be undeliverable due to incorrectly given addresses.
Unfortunately shipments sent to incorrect addresses rarely get returned to us but simply disappear. If an incorrectly labeled shipment is returned to us we will of course reship it, but if a shipment with a, by the customer given incorrect address, is lost it is up to the customer to track the shipment and discuss it with the shipper.
Do understand that we can not be responsible for incorrectly given information, so please double check your address and information before submitting any order.

We would like to inform you that we also sell our products on Amazon UK and Amazon FR, DE, ES and IT. Sometimes orders placed on our US site can get held up in customs and worst case import duties are charged. Also shipping costs are higher when ordering from our US site to Europe.
