Some information regarding the holidays:

We will contnue shipping every single day until Christmas eve. We always ship same day as an order arrives as long as we get it before 3pm Eastern Time. In case an order arrives after that we will do our best to get it out the same day, if not, it goes out first thing the day after.

Our free shipping offer (on orders over USD 75) is for first class USPS. First class takes anything between 1-7 days. We do offer other alternatives too: priority and expedited shipping. Prices are calculated live and can be found at check out (but you can find out the price before giving payment info of course!).

Returns of gifts: everything but the underwear can be exchanged until January 5th. We are sorry, but we can not exchange underwear since they can not be resold when they have been tried on. So check the size chart in the FAQ and always order up if in doubt between sizes!

Please, do always email returns@clevertravelcompanion.com before returning any products for a return authorization.
